1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash upon arrival (where applicable).
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
3. Changes & Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers may request changes to their booking, subject to availability.
4. Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour.
- Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for booking purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
