1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash upon arrival (where applicable).
  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

3. Changes & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers may request changes to their booking, subject to availability.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance.

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for booking purposes.
